Just checked the Z07 package on the Z06 is 7500 and that includes the MR shocks. Take 2000 of that and you can think $5,500 for the brakes.
But the LS7 remains the wild card. It and the aluminum frame accounted for the main difference between a base Corvette and a Z06.
