Sterling Silver (matt) WA569F - I speculate this is used behind the door panels. . Since it is sprayed behind a shinny plastic it comes out looking the way it does. Need some one to pull off a door panel and look at the other side to be 100% sure.

My guess is that you've got these backwards, since I would call the silver around the gauge cluster more matte than gloss or metallic. Just my guess, though.
