Newer alignment machines are pretty much a walk-through piece of equipment. It tells you how to set the car up, align all the sensors, what measurements are off, how to adjust camber, caster and toe, and even what tools you need for the job.
The only problems we used to have with the Hunter Hawk Eye rack I used was when level sensors would go out and the rack would raise at a different rate from left to right. If it was an issue with the rack, I'd think they would have multiple vehicles being re-aligned.
