It was sort of sunny this morning; so I took some better pictures both outside and in the garage.

We'll start off outside.

The carbon fiber bowtie really ties in nicely!

The color is roughly the same IBM, but it has more pearl in it, which really makes it look awesome in the sun, or the flash. You can see how the sun changes it in some of the first pictures better.

You can see how the carbon fiber blends in on some angles, and really pops on others.

Now for some pictures in the garage.

It bothered me having the ZL1 indention on the grill, and it took me a while to figure out how to fix it. Sticking the SS emblem that was on my old trunk lid isn't perfect, but it works for now. Also the tint on the blinkers and fogs make everything blend so nice.

Detail along the vent looks sweet.

The body shop owner convinced me to pain the bezels, which I'm really glad of.

These next couple show how you can really see the paint being a layer over the carbon fiber.

Now the underside of the hood and trunk lid. I've thought about getting something painted under the hood, but that's a long way away if I ever do.

The subs were in the vehicle I had before, and the boxes just happened to match the trunk interior perfect. It took a good bit of trunk space away, but who cares.

Lastly I leave you with one of the best things I've bought for the car, the shifter. I absolutely LOVE this thing. It might have been a pain to hook up, mainly because cutting the wires for tapshift was scary, but totally worth it.

That's all for now.
