i'd have to disagree, for most the lowering of the COG along with the higher rates of the springs and the damping will be a bigger improvement over just sways, since most will not achieve the level of cornering to have the sways be a larger advantage.
Both are good though i would be likely to put the sub frame bushings high up on the list too.
