The fixed ratio Xas should be set to 8 upfront and 16 in the rear. This will allow the front to pop. In the rear we are looking for an optimal setting to allow squat without bouncing offf the bumpstops. Start with 8 and 16. Make a couple of runs. Then take the rear setting up 10 clicks. Make a few runs. If they are better, fine tune from there. If they are worse drop way down to 6 and make some runs. By swinging in a huge arc you can find out very quickly which way you want to go and then fine tune.
