One can simply remove the dual mode exhaust fuse which leaves the exhaust in the open mode, and it doesn't cost anything. Or one can purchase the "Mild2Wild" dual mode exhaust control that costs under $100 and takes about five minutes to install, and the exhaust mode can be controlled by remote as desired.
