I have been running V1 for a couple of years now. There are other detectors out there with different ranges etc., but V1 fits nicely on the screen as is not too "obvious".
It has saved me a few times, particularly on highways, it lets me know at least 1/4 mile ahead that police may be around.
Word of warning though ..... it will not save you EVERY time. If a traffic cop is randomly turning his radar off/on on urban roads and is hiding behind a tree etc, ... he's got ya!
