The bolt looks as though it is the correct one, however, the description of the bolt is "Windscreen Boot Screw". That might be confused as being intended for the "windscreen", add-on accessory. Perhaps they use the same screw? I think you nailed it, though.

"This 6-lobed screw is used to hold down the Camaro Windscreen Boot. This part is used with Spacer (Part Number 22770125) and two of each are required to secure the Camaro Windscreen Boot into place.

Please note that these parts (11561656 and 22770125) should be included with your Convertible Camaro in the glove box or mounted by the dealer during Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
