If your dealership says they will void your warranty over an exhaust, you need to find another dealership.
As for what you are looking for, I would get a Cat-back. I know Scrming and other swear by MRT. But I personally like MBRP on the V6. That's just my opinion. I would suggest you listen to sound clips and decide what you want from there.
