Well maybe not the wheel exactly, but he has a point. The various bolts they have to remove to do the work you mentioned, might be suspect. I feel for you. I would not want to take it back. But, have them check every bolt they removed for tightness. I realize I am stabbing in the dark here. I guess you probably don't know if it did this before it went in? Stupid question it seems, I know!
