I'm aiming for less than 35K... but this depends on how 'house poor' I am at that point. The cost of housing near Boston is STILL ludicrous so it may be a while before I can swing it.
Plus, I want to keep my MINI Cooper S as a collector-car, so that sort of limits what down payment options I might have... We'll see.
If they can manage a LS3 V8 for less than $30k then I'd probably do that and wait for the Z28 to come out and trade up after a few years.
