Truth. In our case, if I get a tracking number from the customer and it shows movement back to us, the refund happens right there....customer did their part in my opinion.

It sucks having to shell out and wait weeks or months to get your TB and have that core charge just sitting there.

We try as hard as we can to get that money/core charge back to you guys just as soon as we know it's rollin home.

Makes it a little easier for folks to do it up.....
