While I'm not Fbodfather, I can unfortunately report that the future doesn't look bright for the G8. In a broadcast to dealers and automotive analysts, Fritz Henderson stated that ALL pontiac models will be phased out by the end of the 2009 model year, specifically stating that the G8 will not continue being produced under a different make.
