I should have clarified...that was on the elliptical...not running. Had to ditch the running for a while...battling foot and shin splints. Made the decision tonight to do the bike for the next few weeks to try and heal up some things.

Powerful mind and tendons are one thing, squatting 450+ is a different ball game man, especially at 190 something lbs. Hopefully I'll be there within a year or so. Also, at 190, you're not really built for running long distances. I'm 215ish right now (after coming down 20lbs. in the past month and a half) and I get shin splints after about 2 miles. It sucks, but I gotta run to stay in shape for work. I mostly do sprints, all under 400 meters.
