You might take a look at TSP headers. Tough to beat for the price. LG has really nice premium headers, and many others. Depends how much money you wanna spend. Headers CAI tune are a very good start and best bang for the buck.
As for a cam, seems like the 230-242ish grind are pretty popular and efficient for the square intake port LS3 heads.I might go with the one offered by New Era Performance, whenever Ill be ready for it.
