Yeah, I know exactlly what your talking about on having something go wrong early on on my car. The reason I have a 2012 2SS/RS ordered is because I just got tired of top issues with my new 2011 2SS/RS vert.
Looks like you must use their X-pipe if you want cats($1600). With Kooks Headers + cats you can connect to OEM H-pipe($1200).
