My house is 1800 sq ft w/ just over 1/4 acre and a 1 car garage, finished basement w/kitchen area.
$116,000 (3 years ago) It may be $135,000 now, but I really have no idea.
Mind you mine was a 'friend of family' deal. But still we didn't get THAT big a discount.
