This is one head for my build. Apparently they are flowing pretty well, as previously mentioned, just a smidgen under 390 CFM.
About all I can say is the intake valves are frigging huge. There is an upgraded set of dual springs as well to control the valves against the pressure of the forced intake flow. The cam is pretty large but is well suited for F/I build. I can't use the expression my builder uses, but it's hysterical when he says it... It will have a nice sound but not a lot of rump rump rump...I don't see the need for a lot of overlap causing the intake flow to be pushed right out the exhaust valves...
