I start by cutting the opening up all the way a cross, then i cut out the flat part out, then move 1/2 the opening out and weld it back, now start to cut the flat pc to fill back the the sides and make it look like OEM.
And now the fun starts, after its all welded in to one part you need to sand the extra plastic off and start to apply the plastic filler and do all the body work.
