We have 2 cam'd cars!!! Trish (comm17) has a 2011 vert that we did a LS 3 conversion, removed that AFM crap, added valves springs push rods and a mild Comp Cam. she has shorties, stock cats, and the Borla ATAK exhaust. It's her daily driver so we didn't want to go to crazy but it sounds really good and she has 420hp at the rear wheels. No Drone which is important in a vert, it has a great exhaust note when cruising and is aggressive when at the track.
I have an LS 3 with a slightly more aggressive Comp Cam in my car. I have Hedman shorties, high flow cats, and the Borla ATAK. I still have No Drone and I can have a conversation in the car or talk on the phone when I'm cruising. The car sounds Awesome at idle (old school) and very aggressive at WOT!
