You aren't supposed to look over your shoulder anyways. Your mirrors are there for a reason.... use them!!! It's much quicker to turn your eyes to your mirror than it is turn your whole head and look over your shoulder. While you're doing that, you aren't looking at what's going on ahead of you which is dangerous.
