Camaro observations to put the price in perspective

The Camaro offers SRT-8 beating performance (most likely) for 31k msrp.

The Camaro offers SRT-8 matching luxury for 33k.

The Camaro offers Mustang GT smashing performance for an extra 2 grand or so.

The Camaro offers a much better chassis and suspension tuning for 31k

The Camaro will smash the R/T Challenger in performance and build quality and for the same price.

The Camaro's base V8 is just as fast as the more luxurious model

The Camaro's most luxurious model is only 2-3k more expensive than the base

The Camaro will have a finely tuned suspension superior to that of the Mustang and Challenger

The Camaro will offer brembo brakes on a car that costs 31k.

I just wanted to make a few points so people can realize how good a deal this car is.

If you have any observations that you'd like to add to this list, post them here and I'll update.

The Camaro will be the cheapest 300hp car with RWD on the market.

The Camaro V6 will offer 6 speed manual and automatic transmissions. The Mustang only offers a 5 speed manual or automatic and while the Challenger offers a 6 speed manual, it only offers a 5 speed automatic.

The Camaro is lighter than the Challenger.

The Camaro comes with 20 inch wheels for 31k. (I don't actually like 20 inch wheels but considering they're on such a cheap car, it deserves mention).

The Camaro is the only car in the pony car class to be developed at the nurburgring.
