The Cowboys suck because Jerry Jones meddles in every aspect of the game. I'm in no way defending the job that Wade has done so far. But there's only so much you can do as a head coach when just about every aspect of the game is handled by someone else.
Jerry Jones should either give himself the title of head coach and get to it, or gtfo of the way and let someone actually control the coaching, trading, and hiring/firing of staff.
