I'm confused...why would you need to upgrade the brake master cylinder if the clutch line isn't attached to it anymore? That's the entire point of the separate clutch reservoir.
Also, if you put that D4 ATF in your tranny, you may have ruined your synchros....NEVER put ATF fluid in this manual grearbox. ONLY 75W-90 Non Slip Gear Oil.
And DON'T put Red Line D4 ATF in your rear diff! You'll fry that too.
