In most cases that I've seen, 4 inches is required to fit around the brakes. I dunno the layout exactly of the Camaro wheel and tire package, but an 18 on the front and 19 on the back should work. Or 20 on the back.
I think 18 front 20 back would be too much difference, but it seems like it'd be possible given conventional wisdom. I'd go 18 19 or 19 20.
