Uh, thats easy with a 2 speed or a huge converter and a 3speed and a gear.
Don't get hung up on #s, its a lot easier to go fast then most people seem to have success with, with these cars. Just a matter of the right parts. My shit would fly with a 4.30 or 4.56, but then it wouldn't be worth much on the street.
