DataWave, I'm sorry to hear about this. I would suggest speaking with a dealer in your area and seeing if you can try pairing or using your Idevice with another similarly equipped vehicle to see if it also has this issue. That might help to pin down the culprit in this particular instance. Hopefully from there your dealer will be able to take care of this for you.
