general consensus is a maggie or other SC running 6-8 lbs is pretty safe. You can do that and not change anything else in the engine or fuel system and you will have a nice car that is safe. As for AFM you can keep it or turn it off but I don't see why anyone would want to keep it that is also getting a supercharger. Since you have the auto you can get a tranny tune and that can change how the car reacts quite a bit as far as how fast the shifts are. This is up to you how aggressive you want to go with it, the more aggressive the shifts then more likely it would be to have something go wrong. I haven't heard of people having problems with 500-550 HP and the stock tranny. I have about 3K miles on my supercharger/CAI/headers and tune combo without any issues and I drive it pretty hard.
