Ordering a vehicle you should get it for dealer invoice or cheaper. Anybody that tells you otherwise is not worth your business.
It does not count against their ZL1 allocations. It is a simple order. Keep talking to other sales people, there will be one hungry enough to give you a great deal if you have a bit of patience.
