My oil was changed yesterday. 6q was added (v6), but I think the level maybe a little high.

Should the level extend into the 'cross hairs' on the top of the dip stick ruler?, or should the level go to the bottom of the cross hairs? I believe my level is 1/2 up the top 'cross hairs'

My oil pressure gauge is jumping. ~30psi at idle and any acceleration over 2000 rpm the psi jumps to 70, or just over.

I took it real easy driving into work today.

I read many threads here about 70psi being 'normal' during acceleration, but my gauge never did this before the first oil change yesterday.
