Yeah, they just need to give you a different X-axis variable, either RPM (preferred) or wheel speed and from that you can calculate RPM. Since they plotted HP and TQ on same scale the point at which the lines cross is 5252 rpm since HP = TQ*RPM/5252. Overall your numbers are very strong but I don't see a correction factor listed and at your location on that date it is going to be less than 1.0 (I think, I'd have to calculate to be sure) which means your SAE numbers would be a bit less than shown.
