We talked to Al about the clutch problem we were having at the track. Our problem happens in everyday driving and has already been replaced once. He is going to contact us and have a field rep come and look at our car. It was great that they were so approachable and he really cared about the issue we are having with our car. I was just upset that my photo from my welcome packet was in my car and I couldn't get his autograph on it. It was great that they were there.
