these are for a car that is. if you switch to a truck or something, upgrade the side wall dimension
Actually the second number (aspect ratio) is a percentage of the first number (width in mm from sidewall to sidewall)

In the first tire the width is 265 mm and hight of the sidewall is 35% of that which is 92.75mm
If you have a wider tire, the second number doesn't have to be as big to equal the same height of the sidewall.
