starting problem
My mother has a 1969 camaro a friend and i are trying to get running after its sat a few years,we did everything we should have. We primed the motor cleaned the plugs and gaped them. Put a good battery in it. We rebuilt the carb and put gas down the carb. The motor is free and the compression is good and all the valves are free. We tried cranking it and it cranks slow. Could it be the starter? Thats what we are leaning to. I had it checked and it was good but the bearings or bushings sounded horrible
