Ok lot's of discussions about the SS emblems which vanished my theory is : during WW2 the SS platoons were the worst thing that existed in our history, they were hitler's slaughtering troups that made many massacres in villages around Europe - Their emblems were two bolt S and the "
totenkopf" => a skull ! I guess that's why SS would remember our people some very bad nightmares.
There's another theory of mine and I hope this is the good one : Chevy Europe really wants to sell the car but it'll be only the V8 engine so no need to putt SS emblems.
