Depends how you want your power band.
If you want a solid 600rwhp all across your band that's going to be very hard to obtain.
Traditionally a top mounted s/c would be your best bet to get lots of low end torque and up top power. But a top mount will require cam/more boost to hit that rwhp number you want. Where as a centri will hit it much easier but it will lack that low end grunt that a top mount would have.
Really depends on your goals. I have seen lots of 550rwhp tvs2300 faster than other turbo/centri 600rwhp cars because they carry power consistently through the power band.
