You could double check the gap (0.043) if you have it back out.

Hopefully it's just a faulty coil and not "blow-by" from bad rings.

How many miles and how many Seafoam treatments?

BTW- I thought the passenger side cyl. were labeled 1-3-5 and drivers was 2-4-6 front to back, but I could have it bass-ackward!

Looking like its blow by...50,000 miles with a rebuild at 9,000 miles. I looked on the cts forums, I'm assuming they oriented the engine the same way in our cars. Who knows though....

I'll keep you guys posted. I'm running numbers on a V8 today. Looks like I can afford it quite safely.
