I posted up a 468 we/HKE did.. made 670 to the tires with a Harrop intake on it. I'm not going to lie 650 n/a is going to cost real money.
$16400 is about what your looking at for one of our 457 long blocks to make that kind of power.. of course n/a on 91 octane pump gas hydraulic roller.
On the flip side you could do a 416 at $3875 boost it for 7-8k and make more power than that and have it be reliable.
When you start talking over 550 rwhp the money goes towards boost.

Which is why I will probably start with a blower, then do motor. Have a little fun and build a motor. Get the best of both worlds, a good strong motor and a blower. HKE build a friends procharged Z06, has a forged 427 and pushing 18lbs of boost and making 905rwhp. But I like the TVS set up, so might go that route. Probably get upwards of 750-800 and stop there.
