The dealer's the one most likely to help you or correct it.
If the distance is too much, try one of the
mild scratch removers from Mothers, Maguires. Then use a detail spray to remove any residual white powder. That should do it.
But if it's obvious that you tried to fix it yourself, the dealer's going to say you messed it up.
