This factory decal is afixed on the windshield underneath my rear view mirror. I assume it's an assembly line decal indicating build number, but I'm not sure. It has two numbers, a big bold computer generated number (30906), and a small hand written number on the lower left in blue pen ink (2299). My ZL1 is bran spanking new, it had the sticker on it when I picked up my special order, had 8 miles on it.
