Did you replace your radio with one from another car? Modern radios are tied to the VIN of the vehicle. I fried mine accidentally when adding some car audio and installed one from another user on here. The dealership has to connect and set the radio to your VIN.
If it is your original radio then something is f'd up. Take it in for warranty fix and they shouldn't charge you anything to do it. Its usually like $50 otherwise, unless you are buddy-buddy with your dealer
