here is the breakdown - had it done at a dealership in my area - very reasonable - good quality. paint supplies and labor - $603, install of kit - $223, grand total with tax was $844.38
i thought that was good considering it was a 5 piece kit (with the rear diffuser and rear skirts being 1 big piece).
