The month/year is in the driver door. the actual day (and time!) is on a sticker on the frame under the hood. Open your hood, passenger side, near the front. look down, (all the way down, below the engine) for a white sticker with black print...

EDIT: This date is likely a couple days before your actual build date, as this is likely the day(s) that your parts were gathered before or early on in the assembly process...

i also noticed Saturday its on frame under the back bumper too.. .or maybe the suspension...
