I just popped into my dealer and my car is still in the Mid West. WTF!? It sat around Illinois for nearly a week. Apparently it's in Indiana. I was there when they called Chevy directly. The woman on the phone put us on hold, and came back and said the car was in Indiana.
Is it possible the UP phone system doesn't work? Should I be using another phone system?

Well at least yours is in the U S my wife's is still in the great white north,hopefully not buried under a snow bank it is white after all.
