"Owners of vehicles six or less model years old will pay an annual smog abatement fee for the first six registration years instead of being required to provide a biennial smog certification"

Its 6 years for us in Cali.

A cam would be easier to sneek bye then LT headers as long as its a mild cam.

Mindz your crazy changing your muffs is not illegal man, as long
as there within DB limit.

heres what th rule book says for CHP regulation

aftermarket exhaust modifications do not in and of themselves violate muffler noise regulations unless the modifications result in noise levels exceeding California's 95-decibel limit.

personally I will not cam or tune my car until warranty in caput or i get a gm performance one that is covered under warranty by dealer.

LT headers, are still looking good though.
