My window died again, and I think I found a local manual windows Firebird at a junkyard. From the handle inward, here are the parts to complete the swap with GM part numbers:
  • 2 handles (22656167)
  • 2 handle spacers (10193360)
  • 2 rear channel guides (16629042)
  • 2 sash channels (16628898)
  • 1 sash channel left (16625874)
  • 1 sash channel right (16625875)
  • 1 regulator left (16625871)
  • 1 regulator right (16625870)
  • 2 accessory panels without power windows (10414006)
  • 1 door panel left (UNKNOWN PART NUMBER)
  • 1 door panel right (UNKNOWN PART NUMBER)

This is based strictly on my own research. Take note that manual window regulators are significantly more expensive than automatic window regulators. If you want to do this, you'll pay. My project depends strictly on whether I can get all of these parts for cheap. I also believe I'll need an interior door panel for each side or to drill a hole for the crank and add a custom bezel around the crank.
