That article I believe was translated from another languague into English format. They obviously used a cheap or free translator because it organized the words, sentence structures and tenses completely bogus! It also inserts words that don't make sense when the program misunderstands the context of the statment. This would have to be one hell of a terrible writer. In fact though, it's a terrible job at translation. I wonder where the original content came from?
