If you turn your fogs on during the day, it turns your halos on as well. So you can have halos, DRLs and fogs on all at the same time during the day with no mods. At least thats is what I think I figured out seeing my reflection in cars in front of me.

I can also turn to the left and back will turn them on also along with tail DRL and side marker.
Or I can wire some diodes and connect DRL with Halos.
