I learned the mistake of no sunblock in the US Virgin Islands learning how to windsurf. Needless to say, I had 2nd & 3rd degree burns. Had to stay inside all summer on my stomach due to all the blisters. I had put spf50 on an hour prior to leaving for track and kept coating every 2 to 3 hours and I still was cooked on my neck! I hear ya - IT'S A DRY HEAT! LMAO, it was damn HOT, period! I think we all got burnt becouse we were having the time of our lives driving, living, sleeping CAMARO! Hope all are healing quickly, chapstick for lips helps heal the sunburn there....
